YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS - for California residents only, Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code gives customers the right to request and requires businesses to disclose, certain information relating to the businesses' sharing of certain customer personal information with third-parties for direct marketing purposes. In accordance with federal regulations, we are giving you this notice to tell you how we may use non-public personal information ("Private Information") about you.  This notice applies to both current and former customers of this dealership.

 

Collection of Private Information

We collect Private Information about you from the following sources:

·         Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such as your account balance and payment history.

Some of the Private Information described above may consist of information about your history of dealing with us or our affiliates, such as identification information, account history and balances and payment history (which we refer to as "Transaction Information").  We may share Private Information that consists of Transaction Information with our affiliates.  Our affiliates include other automobile dealerships and finance companies.  We do this to provide you with the products and services that we and our affiliates offer.  We may make such disclosures about you as a consumer, customer, or former customer.

In addition, we may share all or some of the Private Information described above with other non-affiliated third parties, as permitted by law. 

 

Protection of Information

We restrict access to your Private Information to our associates who need this information to provide financial products or services to you.  We will strive to maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that are consistent with federal standards to guard your Private Information.

 

Effective Date and Changes to this Privacy Notice

The effective date for this Privacy Notice is 12/12/2005.  In the event we amend this

Privacy Notice, posting of the amendment will serve as notice to you of that change and the policy will note its effective date.
